You don't need to have it already, but we can help you set it up. We require our clients to use Quickbooks Online since we are certified Quickbooks Online Pros.

We request read-only/accounting online access to banks, credit cards, and any other 3rd party apps that will connect with your books.

A bookkeeper will be assigned to your account and will categorize all of your transactions. When the month ends, they will pull statements.

You will receive an e-mail of clarifications if needed and once those questions are answered, you will have your books complete and reconciled by the 15th of the month. 

Our base monthly fee starts at $400 a month.

If you need your books caught up or cleaned up, there will be a one-time set up fee. 

This is a new client fee and is discounted so that we can get your books in tip top shape before we handle the monthly bookkeeping.
